The Partnership

The long-standing collaborative partnership between Ray Cuts and Prolific Wone has been instrumental in crafting a new, sophisticated visual language for independent media. Their synergy first took center stage with the "Sol Movement" visual from the In The Red project, which paved the way for the ambitious In Dream video series. This collection of stunning video artworks includes "Twenty 5 Ate," "GVD KNG," "Make it Make Cents," and "ERLY," each showcasing their ability to blend high-concept surrealism with raw energy.

This momentum transitioned into the "HOM" video, a standalone masterpiece that captured the diverse stories of New Yorkers from all walks of life through a breakthrough color palette that fans immediately fell in love with.

Beyond these series, the duo has co-directed the majority of the Gods of the Basement video catalog and produced the standout visual for "That Wone" off the BLVKC project. This partnership continues to evolve as they move into long-form narrative filmmaking with their upcoming film, PerPull.

By combining Ray’s technical mastery of editing and directorial precision with Prolific’s sonic world, they have created a body of work that transcends traditional music videos, turning each release into a multidisciplinary art piece that defines a bold, new-age New York aesthetic.
