The Partnership

The partnership between Glen Cavanagh and Prolific Wone on the Deep Blue album is anchored in a long-standing creative history rooted in the New York hip-hop scene. While Cavanagh is known for his technical prowess, his role on this project—specifically his saxophone performance over the Mad Vex beat—is that of a featured musician bringing organic, soulful textures to a gritty, high-energy foundation.

This collaboration is a natural extension of their time at End of the Weak (EODUB), where Prolific Wone serves as a founder and host. Having been a regular at EODUB, Cavanagh’s contribution on tracks like "Nice and Easy" reflects the community-driven spirit of the platform, merging his mastery of live instrumentation with the raw, hosted energy of the EODUB legacy to create a polished, atmospheric sound.
