Menace Mendoza | The Pen
Menace Mendoza is a London-based MC, EOW UK Champion, and one of the established voices within the Lab79 collective.
Known for his potent lyricism, technical delivery, and uncompromising underground style, Mendoza has built a catalog rooted in the tradition of UK Hip Hop while continuing to push the culture forward.
His work with Lab79 has placed him alongside a core group of UK artists including Manage, Apex Zero, Skirmish, Conflix, Reain, and others, establishing a creative network centered around independent Hip Hop and the craft of the MC.
The Partnership
Menace Mendoza's appearance on DANGEROUS extends a creative relationship that runs through the same UK Hip Hop network that brought Prolific Wone and Manage together.
Mendoza is part of the Lab79 family established by Manage, whose production forms the foundation of the entire DANGEROUS album. The two have developed an extensive collaborative catalog, including Mendoza's 2023 solo album Jungle, produced entirely by Manage, as well as numerous subsequent collaborations.
That relationship makes Mendoza's presence on DANGEROUS part of a larger creative lineage rather than an isolated feature.
